Plant Area Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Plant Area Supervisor at a leading garden centre group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the outdoor area, ensuring that plant stock is displayed prominently and that customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high-quality shopping experience
• Oversee the display and replenishment of plant stock, ensuring that it is always visually appealing and well-organized
• Work closely with the Plant Area Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or garden centre environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
