Transformation Leader

The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Leader to lead business change initiatives, originating, managing, and leading them effectively. The successful candidate will spearhead business change initiatives, foster open communication, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead business change initiatives, originating, managing, and leading them effectively.
  • Lead stakeholders and business partners, fostering open communication, anticipating stakeholder expectations, and building strong relationships.
  • Shape plans, drive programme delivery models, and work closely with Technology to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage stakeholders through design-led change approaches, prioritizing solution design quality.
  • Actively coordinate delivery, handling changes as they arise, and keep stakeholders focused on agreed change outcomes and benefits.
  • Oversee risk tracking, issue management, and dependency assessment, taking action to minimize impact on the change strategy.
  • Drive complex business-critical change efforts, adhering to industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Set the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of high performance and achievement, removing barriers to successful change.
  • Manage, measure, and track change projects to meet costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively monitor areas of concern and risks within the team, providing recommendations to mitigate them and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Ensure adherence to Group standard governance, using defined standards, frameworks, and tools.
  • Act as a Line Manager to Transformation colleagues and be experienced in 3rd party management.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to develop business cases, including investments, detailed benefits, and links to overall finances.
  • Build collaborative multi-functional change teams, bringing together required business and functional expertise.
  • Ensure programmes have sufficient resources.
About the Opportunity

The salary for this role is £770.59 per day (Umbrella: Inside IR35). Located in London at Canada Square.
