About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our showroom team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and installers to deliver exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to our showroom teams and installers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Use design software to bring customer projects to life, exploring possibilities and recommending the right finance, products, and installation options.
  • Work closely with colleagues and installers to ensure we deliver the best service on every project.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
