This job opportunity is based in the UK, but we can consider other locations as well. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our overall business strategy.

The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our overall business strategy to drive organisational success.
  • Supporting business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement and talent development.
  • Managing the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system to ensure fair and accurate assessments of employee performance.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a similar HR Business Partner role within a global business.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases, including HR metrics and analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience with labour laws and best practices in HR.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
