Chief Innovation Officer

Aon is currently recruiting a Chief Innovation Officer to oversee the enhancement of F&PS's innovative capabilities. This is a Hybrid role which will involve part office/home based working.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth within a leading organization. As an Innovation Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying key areas for innovative product development and solutions, developing plans according to varying timelines, and leading these processes by aligning innovation goals with the broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize innovation trends and business opportunities within the market.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of innovation and growth.
- Advising F&PS leadership on yearly, medium-term, long-term, and future innovation goals.
- Develop relationships with the global and UK innovation groups to enhance and complement identified growth accelerators.
- Ensure all FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements are adhered to in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business. You will also need to be highly proficient at project planning, budgeting, and oversight.
