Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join our dedicated and dynamic team at Sanctuary Personnel.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring high standards of patient care within the Theatre Recovery team, with key responsibilities including leading the team, managing day-to-day operations, providing expert clinical advice, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

About the Job

  • NMC or HCPC registration as a Nurse or ODP is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recovery experience in a similar setting is necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and digital tools for healthcare is also essential.
