A dynamic and personable Receptionist is sought to provide administrative support in a busy and thriving financial services firm in the West End.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with previous experience working as a Receptionist or Front of House personnel. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and proactively.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, signing all visitors in, and liaising with building management and delivery personnel. You will also be required to answer telephone calls in a highly professional manner, work alongside the catering team, and ensure the office space is tidy and presentable. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking taxis and couriers.
