Job Summary
Kaplan International College London is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior College Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Welfare team, you will play a vital role in supporting and monitoring students with welfare concerns, under-18 students, and students with mental health needs or medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor students with welfare concerns, under-18 students, and students with mental health needs or medical needs.
- Create Student Support Plans for students with special learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service skills and encourage this in others.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and external agencies.
Requirements
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in working in education and in particular with international students.
- Experience in supporting students and working in a team environment.
- Confident with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexibly and take initiative.
- Strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
