We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 tonne driver to join our Compaction team at Ward Recycling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering wheelie bins to our customers across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, as well as completing waste collections and tipping at the disposal location in Ilkeston.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with your planner and follow daily schedules
  • Liaise with customers and clients on site, maintaining good relationships
  • Conduct thorough pre-start vehicle checks
  • Report any vehicle defects
  • Follow company Safe Operating Procedures
  • Taking care of your vehicle
  • Complete daily checks and paperwork
Requirements:
  • Driver's Licence (up to 7.5 tonne)
  • Current DCPC Card
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Tachograph/digital smart card operation
