We are seeking a skilled Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our team in the Motherwell area, providing ongoing services to our established client.
Job SummaryThis role involves delivering timber and building materials to various locations in the local area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and assisting with cargo loading and unloading as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of timber and building materials to designated locations
- Safe operation and driving of Class 2 vehicles
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Loading and unloading cargo using a HIAB/lorry mounted crane
- A valid UK Category C Licence
- A minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles
- The ability to speak and read English fluently
- Experience operating a HIAB/lorry mounted crane, particularly with HOOK
- An attractive hourly rate of £50 per hour
