RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a growing provider in accredited plant training and assessment across multiple industries.
We are looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team.
The Role
In this role, you will deliver training sessions to a diverse range of audiences, using multiple formats to suit different learning styles. The Trainer/Assessor will be responsible for preparing material, evaluate and modify training programmes as required.
About You
You will be committed to promoting a culture of safety through effective training. The ideal candidate should be skilled in delivering and assessing training in the following categories:
- Telescopic Handler
- Slinger Signaller
- Loading Shovel
- Vehicle Marshall
- Counterbalance Forklift
- Crane
Your role will focus on ensuring that learners are competent in these areas, helping them to maintain high safety standards in the workplace.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and safety practices within the workplace and ideally be expected to be in receipt or working towards the following:
- NPORS/ CPCS Instructor card.
- A1 assessor or similar qualification.
- First aid at Work qualification.
- Full Clean driving license.
- Knowledge of health and safety processes in the construction plant sector.
- Experience in Plant Testing/ Training in line with a recognised scheme.
- Experience completing SVQs within the standards.
- Strong organisational and IT skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess PTTLS Level 3
