Client Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary
Connells Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Accounts Coordinator to join their busy client accounts team in Head Office. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service to all Lettings Branches, Landlords, and Tenants, ensuring a service that surpasses all customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support to queries from landlords, tenants, and branches.
- Maximize rental payment collection through effective communication and negotiation with debtors.
- Load and check property, landlord, and tenant details onto the client accounts computer system, ensuring accurate records and correct fee charges.
- Process renewals, terminations of tenancies, and return of deposits.
- Ensure accurate allocation and processing of funds received.
- Produce statements to landlords detailing transactions on account.
- Process requests from landlords, tenants, and branches.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the line manager.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging queries.
- Excellent PC and related technology skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Good analytical ability.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Flexible approach to working.
- Basic accounts/bookkeeping background an advantage but not necessary.
