Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our European HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our UK client groups across two locations.

The successful candidate will have a broad and varied HRBP role, working closely with the business to manage both strategic and operational HR activity. This will include talent acquisition & onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, wellbeing and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close involvement with the business to manage strategic and operational HR activity.
  • Supporting HR European team with various projects and driving good HR practice.
  • Partnering, coaching and advising managers on HR practice.
  • Supporting recruitment & onboarding processes.
  • Ensuring labour legislation compliance, including policy and procedure review and updates.
  • Supporting learning & development activity.
  • Supporting employee communications.
  • HR activity related to reorganizations.
  • Supporting HR projects and associated change management.
  • Initiating and processing changes on Oracle HCM.
  • Supporting initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Creating and maintaining employee files and records.
  • Liaising with payroll in support of monthly payroll.
  • Benefits work and administration.
  • Communicating with various external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment laws and market practices.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Strong collaborator who can also work independently.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Good stakeholder management, able to influence and use discretion.
  • Able to work at an operational and strategic level.
  • Project management experience.
  • HRIS experience, Oracle desirable.
  • Confident with MS Office suite.
  • Flexible, meticulous with a strong bias for action.
  • Strong communications and critical thinking skills.
  • Good business acumen.
