Our current opportunity is for a skilled Regional Credit Risk Manager to join our team in London. As a member of our senior leadership group, you will be responsible for the overall management of commercial credit risk exposures within your region.

  • This role requires a seasoned finance professional with experience in managing a team, evaluating new credit account applications, and developing relationships with customers at a senior level.
  • You will also provide expert technical advice to branch managers on credit-related matters, implement our credit management policy, and ensure debt recovery actions are taken when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff (10) in the Regional Credit Office.
  • Evaluate and appraise new credit account applications.
  • Review and manage existing risks and exposures.
  • Travel regularly throughout London and beyond to meet with branch managers and customers.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong background in finance or commercial credit management, preferably with a degree or professional qualification. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
