The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently, generating and distributing customer invoices, and reviewing sales orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.

Maintaining up-to-date records of customer accounts, reconciling sales ledger accounts, and following up on overdue accounts receivable are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales ledger processes and procedures, proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.
