You will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to achieve company objectives, working with a luxury product for a diverse range of clients in a business-to-business setting.

The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Proactively manage the sales of luxury products to a broad range of clients.
  • Lead and develop a sales team, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and buyers in your markets.
  • Perform administrative duties required for the role.
  • Travel regularly within the UK and Europe, including attending seasonal exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury product B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in managing a sales team.
  • Luxury product manufacturing knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Language skills are a plus.
