Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team at Protein Works.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the delivery and development of our data solution. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing our Data Analytics Warehouse, developing and maintaining automated reports, and analyzing data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain standardized dynamic and static reports for all areas of the business.
  2. Establish a reporting benchmark and process across the business.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current reporting needs and opportunities.
  4. Align the business using cross-functional reports that tie in critical cause-and-effect elements.
  5. Support the Senior team in designing, developing, and enhancing data capture and reporting tools.
  6. Deliver data solutions and data lifecycles.
  7. Collect, extract, and analyze data from complex sources.
  8. Manage APIs from a health and integration perspective.
  9. Analyze and provide data on key operational performance, suggesting improvements and changes where necessary.
  10. Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
  11. Support others throughout the business to improve their use and understanding of data.
Requirements
  1. A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for data and communication.
  2. Experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a commercial or retail setting.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate complex topics in simple terms.
  4. Able to trade-off short and long-term targets and have a history of making the right calls.
  5. High standards for quality of delivery from yourself and from others.
  6. Great at building positive, productive relationships.
  7. Great at extracting stories and crafting hypotheses and strategies from data.
