Job Opportunity: Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support children in KS1 and KS2 with their learning at a primary school in Windsor.

This role is perfect for a graduate aspiring to become a teacher in future, looking to build their confidence and develop their classroom experience before completing their teacher training. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will create and maintain an engaging learning environment for a range of learning abilities, providing 1:1 support for special needs and lower ability pupils, and providing feedback on students' progress to teachers.

The ideal candidate will be committed, enthusiastic, and demonstrate a passion for working with children. This Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunity is suitable for those who have previous experience working with children or are looking to gain relevant experience to kick-start their career in education.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as the chance to work in a supportive team environment and develop your skills and knowledge.
