We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Area Funeral Consultant to join our End of Life Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to funeral homes across our trading area, delivering high-quality end of life care, support, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cover and mobile support to funeral homes, ensuring seamless delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences to deliver unique and personal tributes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory legislation, and internal KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure high-quality services.
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives, promoting the End-of-Life Services / Southern Co-op brand.
Requirements
