Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing potential clients and growing your business through outbound sales, networking on platforms such as LinkedIn, and building excellent client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing potential clients and growing your business through outbound sales
- Networking on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a pool of candidates
- Building and developing excellent client and candidate relationships
- Writing, advertising, and marketing vacancies via various channels
- Negotiating Terms of Business with corporate clients
- Focusing on your own personalized KPIs and financial targets
- Structured, clear, performance-based career progression opportunities with the ability to fast-track promotions
