Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and sourcing top talent for our clients in the renewable energy sector. You will work closely with our dedicated Delivery Consultants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £45,000 p.a. plus uncapped commission and car allowance.
- Every other Friday off fully paid to enjoy a perfect work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Client Management: Manage new and existing client accounts to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize our internal database and job boards to find top talent for our clients.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process, working closely with our Delivery Consultants.
- Mentor Team Members: Support staff with recruitment best practices as part of your personal development.
What We Want from You:
- Previous experience working in the recruitment industry, telesales, client-facing, or technical retail roles.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A good communicator with the ability to adapt.
