Join Our Heathrow Escalator Team

We are seeking an experienced Escalator Engineer to join our Heathrow team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of escalators, ensuring they are safe and efficient for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on escalators to ensure they are in good working order
  • Respond to call-outs and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure all escalators are maintained to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience working with escalators and a strong understanding of their mechanics
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and ability to work safely at height
  • Good written and spoken English
