Job Title: Escalator Engineer - Heathrow

At OKB KONE plc, we are seeking an experienced Escalator Engineer to join our Heathrow team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of escalators, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on escalators to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to call-outs and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in escalator maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and adherence to company policies.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
