The Role

We're seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Neo4j Aura team. As a key member of our SRE function, you'll play a critical role in improving the overall reliability of our DBaaS product. You'll work closely with software engineers and product managers to implement SRE principles, reduce toil, and automate operational tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining SLIs for key software and reducing toil through automation
  • Debugging large and complex cloud-based systems
  • Monitoring applications for success and deploying observability systems
  • Deploying and managing applications running on Kubernetes
  • Working with proxy software and networking in general
  • Building CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams
