About the Role

We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Amazon Area Manager at Kids Planet Day Nurseries. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of nursery care and education is delivered across our settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Work closely with Nursery Managers to ensure each setting meets the standards set out by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and that children reach their full potential in our care.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all legislation related to Ofsted registration, special needs, safeguarding, and Health and Safety is complied with, and that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with the management team to ensure a successful talent pathway for existing staff and new recruits is managed effectively.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be at least Level 3 qualified or have equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted, experience of managing budgets, and awareness of commercial profitability.
  • Skills and Abilities: An excellent knowledge of the EYFS, experience of working with children and families, and a valid driving license.
