Salary Range: £22,000 - £28,000 per year

Job Details:

This exciting opportunity allows you to join a fast-paced kitchen team where you'll have the chance to hone your culinary skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that each dish meets our high standards and that our customers leave satisfied.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and plating.
  2. Manage stock levels, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  3. Develop strong relationships with colleagues and work effectively as part of a team.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude, adapt to changing situations, and contribute to a productive kitchen environment.
  5. Support the smooth operation of the restaurant during busy periods.
