Marketing Automation Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Campaign and CRM Manager to join our team at Pod Point, Ltd. in London, where you'll develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you will:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Lifecycle marketing: design and execute campaigns that span the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and product adoption to re-engagement and renewal.
- Customer segmentation & personalisation: utilise customer data to segment the audience and create personalised messaging that speaks to individual needs and behaviours.
- Automation & workflow management: set up, manage, and optimise automated workflows to deliver personalised and timely communications based on customer behaviours, milestones, and triggers.
- Campaign optimisation: continuously monitor and optimise the performance of CRM campaigns, using A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback to refine messaging, targeting, and creative assets for improved results.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a CRM campaign manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in developing and executing CRM campaigns for a subscription-based business.
- Expertise in email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, and other CRM channels.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalisation techniques.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and optimise CRM campaign performance.
- Flexible hybrid working model.
