Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Addiction Recovery Coordinator to join our team in Doncaster.

This role involves working closely with clients experiencing substance use problems, developing and implementing individualized care plans. Effective collaboration with partner agencies ensures seamless care pathways for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work) and experience in the substance misuse field. A comprehensive package of accredited qualifications is available for experienced applicants without formal qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver case management services to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
