About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Fraud Lawyer to join our busy practice, focusing on providing well-rounded advice to clients addressing both the legal and practical implications of fraud-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and litigate complex fraud cases across various sectors
  • Provide expert advice on asset recovery, regulatory investigations, and distressed situations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for high-value enforcement actions and freezing orders
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements
  • 5 years of post-qualification experience in Civil Fraud
  • Strong academic ability and interest in undertaking a variety of work for a variety of clients
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Effective networking ability and commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness
