Civil Fraud Specialist

We are working with a leading law firm in London, renowned for its expertise in energy, technology, and real estate. Our client has a dedicated Civil Fraud practice, recognized for its expertise in investigating and litigating complex fraud cases across various sectors.
The team has particular expertise in dealing with high-value enforcement actions, freezing orders, and other types of injunctive relief. We are seeking an experienced Civil Fraud Solicitor to join the practice, focusing on providing well-rounded advice to clients that addresses both the legal and practical implications of fraud-related issues.
The Ideal Candidate- Civil Fraud Lawyer with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Strong academic ability
- Interest in undertaking a variety of work for a variety of clients
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
- Effective networking ability
- Commercial awareness of client and firm requirements
- Self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Generous starting salary - up to £165,000 salary
