We're currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Retreat, located within our super-boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service as the first point of contact in the Spa, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience.
  • Complete pre-treatment administration and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their spa experience.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures when on duty, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and report low stock to the Spa Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Promote and sell spa services confidently, maximizing sales potential and driving revenue growth.
  • Answer guest inquiries about treatments and services available in the Spa, providing expert advice and recommendations.

About You:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Spa Receptionist who can:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a spa or health club setting or a strong interest in developing a career in this field.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a warm, polite telephone manner.
  • Understand the value of teamwork and collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
