Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for driving performance and quality within our homes through the delivery of high-quality training to our staff. Your focus will be on ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a variety of topic areas with a focus on statutory and mandatory training as the lead trainer for a cluster of homes.
  • Assist in the identification of learning needs by utilising our Learning Management System (LMS) and working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators.
  • Ensure all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, proactively taking an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all learners.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role.

Requirements:

  • A full UK Drivers License and own transport.
  • A Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards.
  • Moving and Handling Instructor Qualification.
  • Experience in a care setting environment.

About the Role
