About the Role

Waldrons Solicitors Limited, a reputable law firm in the legal services industry, is seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court for litigation cases, utilizing strong analytical and negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases, ensuring accurate and effective representation.
  • Draft high-quality legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs, to present to the court.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, leveraging expertise in civil procedure and litigation processes.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law, with a proven track record of managing a comprehensive caseload.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
