Sales Team Leadership Opportunity

Top Draw Promotions is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Team Leader, with the potential to advance to Canvass Manager. This position has arisen due to the retirement of our long-serving Canvass Manager.

The successful candidate will have previous door-to-door or direct fundraising experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for our charities. They will be responsible for motivating and managing a team of fundraising professionals, training new staff members, and updating sales pitches and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate teams of fundraising professionals
  • Train new marketing executives (Door-to-Door Canvassers)
  • Update and refine sales pitches and procedures
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate updated sales scripts
  • Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives
