We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Sales Team Leader, with potential advancement to Canvass Manager. This position has arisen due to the retirement of our long-serving Canvass Manager.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for our charities. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, training new staff members, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies
- Train new marketing executives (Door-to-Door Canvassers)
- Implement effective sales pitches and procedures
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate sales performance
- Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives
This role offers a competitive salary (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum), guaranteed commission payments, and a bonus structure that rewards increased sales. You will also have the opportunity to receive residual income and enjoy unlimited earning potential.
