Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Have experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, regional management, and customer service to ensure that our company's credit management activities are aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • SAP Knowledge: Possess knowledge of SAP or other financial systems to ensure that our company's financial processes are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Player: Be a strong team player with a calm and confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable customer conversations.
  • Financial Skills: Possess good financial skills, including knowledge of sales ledger accounting procedures and Microsoft Excel.
