About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Band 6 CPN CAMHS CMHT. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as counseling and behavioral therapies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience within a community recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
