About the Role:
To be a successful Sales Team Member at NEXT, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Share your knowledge and passion for our products, helping customers find the perfect items.
- Work efficiently in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries.
- Take ownership of your development, staying up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

What's Next:
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
