Financial Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our manufacturing company. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in cash flow reporting and forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Liaise with bankers and external credit providers to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Manage fixed assets and ensure accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Monitor and control overhead expenditure through monthly cost center reporting
  • Support annual audits and statutory accounts preparation
  • Drive improvement in SAP governance and process compliance
  • Provide support to the Sales team to ensure minimum Group margin expectations are met
  • Manage IPR Chassis import declarations and monitor tax and regulatory compliance issues
  • Control employee expenses online claim portal and manage finance assistants
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of POWER BI and manufacturing experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
