Financial Controller Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Financial Controller to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Controller in managing the financial operations of our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Financial Controller in preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data is maintained and reported.
- Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and experience with SAP and HFM is an advantage.
