In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is highly organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and carrying out site surveys, so you must be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. We also require you to have a full driving license, which will enable you to attend site visits and meet with clients as needed. About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our construction administration team in Belfast. As a CAD Technician, you will play a key role in creating detailed designs and carrying out site surveys. Your ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure will be essential to the success of this role. We are offering a competitive salary of £25k - £30k, as well as access to our pension fund, paid holidays, and parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed designs using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Carry out site surveys to ensure accurate data collection
  • Pricing work and ordering materials as required

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in CAD design, including 1+ years of experience working as a CAD Technician. You should also be proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, and have a full driving license. Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential for this role.
