Senior RTL Design and Implementation Specialist

At Arm, the Arm Productivity Engineering group is dedicated to developing innovative tools and solutions across the technology stack. Our primary focus is on supporting the active development of hardware and software teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve RTL structures related to clock, reset, and power domain crossings
- Validate design choices from a physical standpoint
- Analyze PPA (Power, Performance, Area) of built elements
- Deploy standardized solutions in active projects
- Ensure clear documentation and communication
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware design, verification, or physical implementation
- Proven experience with hardware design using Verilog/System Verilog
- Proficiency in programming/scripting using Python, C++, TCL, or other relevant languages
- Familiarity with physical design flows and static design checks
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
