  • Support store teams during transitions, ensuring marketing, graphics, and POS are correct.
  • Control and manage marketing items where necessary.
  • Foster strong working relationships with in-store and regional teams.

Requirements:

  • Good level of retail operational experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Experience with in-store merchandising and visual merchandising/planograms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform general manual handling duties.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to travel to various stores/locations and stay away from home weekly.
