- Implement planograms to high standards, adapting layouts to individual store needs.
- Maintain maximum customer offerings during pre-closure periods and trading refits.
- Adhere to company merchandising standards, identifying and addressing risks to customer experience.
- Submit weekly progress reports to program teams and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Support store teams during transitions, ensuring marketing, graphics, and POS are correct.
- Control and manage marketing items where necessary.
- Foster strong working relationships with in-store and regional teams.
Requirements:
- Good level of retail operational experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Experience with in-store merchandising and visual merchandising/planograms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform general manual handling duties.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to travel to various stores/locations and stay away from home weekly.
