Key Responsibilities

The EMEA IT Support Expert will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality IT support to EMEA staff, including deskside and remote support services.
  • Managing the operational efficiency of IT, through continual service improvements and asset management.
  • Assisting with IT projects, such as project implementations and software deployments.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when exposed to private and sensitive information.
  • Adhering to IT methodologies and procedures.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
