Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Holland House Surgery. As a Medicines Optimisation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering our medicines optimisation goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face and remote medication reviews with patients, answering medication-related queries, and optimising medicines to manage chronic diseases.

You will work closely with our established PCN pharmacy team and be supported in your learning and professional development through regular practice team meetings. Although an existing prescribing qualification is desirable, support to achieve this would be provided. You will have the flexibility to develop the role according to your skills, experience, and interests in line with the needs of our practice and patients.

Holland House Surgery is a Parkrun Practice and is signed up to the RCGP Active Practice Charter to promote physical health both at work and at home for staff and patients.
