About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to join our team at Focus Cloud, a specialist SAP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and implement complex solutions in MM modules from an application and business process standpoint.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to transform business processes to improve key performance indicators (KPI) in Procurement area.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate Retail system solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements, including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements, solution designing, and delivery.
  • Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Work closely with the client IT organisation and client Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Template and to drive adherence to the template - ensuring that only critical localization requirements are approved.
Key Skills
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities and solution scope.
  • Ability to articulate business requirements and propose solutions.
  • 7+ years of SAP Material Management experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
  • Very good understanding and solutioning skills in SAP procurement and Inventory Management modules.
  • Conversant with basic concepts around the following sourcing & procurement topics/concepts - Master Data, Pricing, Inbound - Seasonal & Regular Procurement, Direct & Indirect procurement, Pricing, Stock Transfers, Vendor Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory process, Condition Contracts, Foreign Trade (desirable).
  • Proven capabilities in integrating SAP ECC / S/4 HANA with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning & procurement, demand management, production planning (optional) and warehouse management systems.
  • Extensive work on Inventory Management and its integration with 3rd party WMS systems.
  • Excellent communication suitable for leading customer-facing engagements.
  • Ability to articulate business requirements and propose solutions.
