About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised administration professional to join our team at SUEZ. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive support for the smooth running of general, contract and management systems administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our processing facility.
  • Promote good working practices and positive employee relations by administering effective relationships internally and within the wider business.
  • Assist in managing communication throughout the site and ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events.
  • Implement standardised systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities.
  • Support the SPOPs system, including the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services.
  • Support invoice query resolution and produce letters, minutes and reports for the senior management team.
  • Assist in organising internal events and meetings.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, including writing coherent reports.
  • IT proficiency, including MS Office suite, and good numeracy, able to handle figures.
  • Great communication, good with people and a team player.
