About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Psychologist to join our team at Organisation Development & Research Limited (ODRL). As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in conducting impactful research that supports our consultancy services.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and be accustomed to working with and presenting data succinctly and informatively. You will be responsible for writing reports, compiling data sets, analysing data, and writing blogs.

You will also work directly with our CEO on a range of client projects, applying your research skills to drive organisational performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least an Upper Second-class degree in Psychology
  2. A relevant Master's degree in Psychology/Sociology, ideally with an interest in Organisational Psychology
  3. Qualitative and Quantitative data skills
  4. Qualitative Research Experience

You will also need to possess strong academic writing skills, knowledge of statistics and data stratification, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary that will vary to reflect the individual's role and experience. The appointment is on a fixed-term contract of up to a year with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
