Support Worker for Adults

At Helping Hands, we're passionate about supporting adults to maintain their independence and stay in the place they know and love. Our experienced teams have been doing this since 1989, and we're looking for compassionate individuals who want to join us.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle, as well as the Right to Work in the UK. We don't require any previous social care experience, but you'll need to be adaptable, kind-hearted, and willing to put others first.
This is a rewarding role that involves providing companionship, support with personal care, helping with mobility, overseeing medication, and running errands. If you're a team player who's passionate about care, we'd love to hear from you.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls
- Early Pay App – request up to 50% of your pay in advance of pay day
