Autism Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our team at Academics LTD. As a Graduate Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized educational plans, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture, and promoting social, emotional, and behavioral well-being among students.
Responsibilities- To work closely with teaching staff to design and deliver targeted interventions.
- To assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive support plans.
This role offers a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:

£29,583.33 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week).
